Vibratory Mill
Available in rod and ball type configurations, these mills achieve crushing and grinding by generating friction forces through vibration between the rods and balls inside. They can grind materials down to below 5 microns using heat-treated grinding material. They offer the option of single-tube or in-line double-tube configurations depending on requirements. Our mills are available in ball and rod types according to the process. To determine the appropriate mill size, it is sufficient to specify the feed particle size, product particle size, ore characteristics, and the desired hourly capacity.
Product Description
Mills that can be used as rod and ball mills provide crushing and grinding by creating friction forces along with vibration of the rods and balls inside.
With heat-treated grinding media, it can perform grinding processes down to below 5 microns. It provides the possibility of using a single tube or sequential double tubes upon request.
Our mills are used as ball or rod mills depending on the processes.
To determine the mill size, it is sufficient to specify the feed grain size, product grain size, ore characteristics, and the desired hourly capacity.
