Multi-Cell Hydrosizer
The multi-cell hydrosizeris a modern and efficient separation unit developed to achievehigh-precision particle size classificationin mining and mineral processing plants. Thanks to its structure consisting ofmultiple independent separation cells, materials with different particle sizes can be classified simultaneously within a single machine, ensuring maximum operational efficiency.
The machine operates based on the principle of a controlled and adjustable upward water flowsupplied from the bottom. Through this hydraulic system,fine and light particlesare discharged through the overflow, whilecoarse and heavy particlesare cleanly recovered from the underflow outlets of the respective cells. Since thewater flow rate and operating characteristics of each cell can be adjusted independently, highly stable and repeatable classification results are achieved at the desired cut sizes.
Multi-cell hydrosizers are designed for long service life and heavy-duty operation, featuring a robust steel structureandwear-resistant linings. Their low energy consumption, minimal number of moving parts, and easy maintenancesignificantly reduce operating costs. How It Works
Material is fed into the hydrosizer from the top together with water.
A controlled upward water flow supplied from the bottom keeps the particles suspended.
Fine / light particles overflow and discharge from the top.
Coarse / heavy particles are discharged from the bottom of the relevant cell.
Since different water velocities can be set for each cell, extremely precise classification is achieved.
