Product Description

  • Centrifugal concentrators generate high G-forces to enable the rapid and efficient separation of heavy minerals. The centrifugal force created in these systems provides a much higher separation capacity compared to conventional gravity methods. They offer a significant advantage, especially in recovering fine gold particles. Even in low-grade ores, high recovery rates can be achieved. By generating forces between 20G and 300G, centrifugal systems are capable of capturing gold particles down to the micron level.
  • Our 3-stage concentrator and bench units can achieve recovery and efficiency of up to 92% in free metal recovery.
  • The working principle of centrifugal concentrators takes place within a rotating rotor. The ore is fed into the rotor together with water, and due to high-speed rotation, heavy minerals are forced outward toward the rotor wall. Specially designed grooves inside the rotor retain these heavy particles. Lighter minerals, on the other hand, are carried out of the system with the fluidization water. In this way, concentrate and tailings are clearly separated. The system can operate in either continuous mode or automatic batch mode.
  • One of the most important advantages of this technology is that it does not require the use of chemicals. This minimizes environmental impact and significantly reduces operating costs. Additionally, modern centrifugal systems can operate with low water consumption, contributing to sustainable mining practices. Ease of use and automation options help minimize operator errors. With PLC-controlled systems, parameters such as rotational speed, water pressure, and process variables can be precisely adjusted.

  • The second key equipment in gravity beneficiation processes is the shaking table system. Also known as shaking tables, these systems are used for fine-tuning separation processes based on density differences. They are especially preferred for cleaning the concentrate produced by centrifugal concentrators (cleaning stage). This results in higher purity gold concentrate.
  • In our gold processing plants with capacities ranging from 2.5 tons to 150 tons, concentrate separation can be achieved within a particle size range of 20 microns to 4 mm.
  • Shaking table systems operate through a combination of water flow and vibration on an inclined surface. The riffle structures on the surface help retain heavy minerals. While lighter materials are washed away by water, heavier minerals move along specific lines and accumulate in the concentrate zone. These systems perform with high efficiency particularly in the particle size range of 30 microns to 4 mm.
  • Precise water control is of great importance in modern shaking table systems. With advanced valve systems, water flow can be adjusted very precisely, minimizing losses. Additionally, table inclination and stroke settings can be optimized according to different ore types. This flexibility enables maximum efficiency across various mining sites.

  • When centrifugal concentrators and shaking table systems are used together, very high recovery rates can be achieved in gold beneficiation processes. Typically, the process flow is designed as pre-concentration with a centrifugal concentrator after crushing and grinding, followed by cleaning with a shaking table. This combination provides one of the most optimal solutions in terms of both efficiency and product quality.
  • Gravity-based systems are used not only for gold but also for the beneficiation of platinum, chrome, and other heavy minerals. They are widely preferred, especially in alluvial and placer gold deposits. In addition, they deliver effective results in hard rock gold ores after grinding.
  • Low energy consumption is one of the major advantages of these systems. Compared to chemical processes, they offer a much more economical operation. Maintenance costs are also relatively low. Wear-resistant polyurethane and specially alloyed surfaces extend equipment life.

  • Thanks to their environmentally friendly structure, the demand for gravity-based systems is steadily increasing in sustainable mining projects. Waste management is easier, and there is no harmful chemical discharge to the environment. This provides a significant advantage, particularly in regions with strict environmental regulations.
  • In conclusion, centrifugal concentrators and shaking table systems are indispensable equipment in gold beneficiation processes, offering high efficiency, low operating costs, and environmentally friendly solutions. With proper process design and parameter optimization, maximum performance can be achieved. Gravity beneficiation technologies continue to provide both economical and sustainable solutions in today’s mining industry.

With over 25 years of experience in the mining industry and the plants we have established worldwide, we are confidently progressing toward becoming a leader in separation technologies.
