Product Description
Centrifugal Concentrators are specifically used for the separation of low-grade metals such as gold and platinum. We have added SEM Centrifugal Concentrators to our range of density-based separation machines, which we have been producing since 1996, in 2018.
Centrifugal Concentrators are capable of separating free heavy metals without the need for any chemicals or acids and can subsequently discharge them automatically through automation.
Generally, the concentrate obtained from the Centrifugal Concentrator can be processed in precision separation devices like the Gemini table to obtain a clean final product.
SEM Centrifugal Concentrators allow for high-capacity separation at fine particle sizes. The internal components are made entirely of stainless steel, ensuring long-term durability.
Capable of reaching up to 200 G-force, they provide maximum efficiency in mineral separation.
They enable high recovery rates, particularly for precious metals like gold and platinum.
They offer the possibility of both manual and automatic operation.
The system is fully automated, eliminating the need for continuous personnel supervision.
