PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The SEM Centrifugal Concentrator is a high-efficiency system that separates free heavy minerals based on density differences. Developed with ONURMAKSAN’s experience in gravity separation machinery since 1996, it has been included in the product range since 2018.
With centrifugal forces reaching up to 200 G, the system provides high recovery rates, especially for fine particle sizes. Its ability to operate without chemicals or acids makes it an environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution.
Thanks to its fully automated structure, the need for continuous operator supervision is minimized. All process parameters such as speed, water consumption, and air pressure can be easily controlled via the PLC system. The concentrate is automatically discharged and can be further processed using precision equipment such as a Gemini shaking table to obtain a final clean product.
The system ensures long service life and stable operation with its stainless steel internal components, polyurethane lining, and specially designed SX cone structure, while requiring minimal maintenance.
