SEM Centrifugal Concentrator

Centrifugal Concentrators are especially used for the separation of low grade metals such as gold and platinum. In 2018, we added SEM Centrifugal Concentrators to our density principle separation machines that we have been producing since 1996.

Centrifugal Concentrators are able to separate free heavy metals without the need for any chemicals or acids, and then discharge them by automation.

In general, a clean product can be obtained by separating the Concentrate, which we get from the Centrifugal Concentrator, in our sensitive separation device such as Gemini table.

With the SEM Centrifuge concentrator, it allows separation with high capacity and fine particle size. It provides long usage with its internal equipment being completely stainless.

It can reach up to 200 G force and maximum efficiency can be obtained in mineral separation.

It can provide high efficiency especially in precious metals such as gold and platinum.

It provides manual and automatic use.

The system is fully automated and continuous personnel work is not required.
